- PROPER FOOD INTAKE - learn your caloric intake needs while working towards your goals
- CARDIOVASCULAR EXERCISES
(Aerobics) - learn how to work aerobically burning fat efficiently while maintaining muscle tissue.
More doesn't mean better. Give it up! You may actually get "fatter" by doing too much aerobics/cardio.
- SUPPLEMENTATION - learn to supplement your body with proper nutrients while
making stricter food choices. You get to your results quicker and provide your
body with energy throughout the day.
- WEIGHT BEARING EXERCISES - learn "real science" vs. gym science techniques. Learn how to properly exercise with weights with proper form and technique designed for your "body" not the machine.
- FOLLOW-UP - This is when I come in and become your worst nightmare- - - just kidding--my job is
to monitor your progress on a timely basis and how well your body responds to all the factors above. I will either keep or alter your program dependent on what your results are as well as keep you motivated and challenged.
Every individual is unique, results are all dependent on several factors such as your predisposed genetics, lifestyles, willingness to make that change, environment and so forth.
