Mah-Ann Mendoza is one of the top personal trainers in the Salem and Keizer area who’s helped hundreds of men and women redefine themselves.  Her life’s mission is to spread knowledge about health, wellness, and inner strength to the community. Being overweight as a child and having to fight a genetic factor regarding obesity, she has committed her lifestyle to making healthy, nutritional choices and exercise.

Mah-Ann is an IFBB Pro Athlete, personal training certification includes NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) , PN Coaching (Precision Nutrition)  She is continually seeking new scientific approaches regarding nutrition and exercise from industry experts. This allows her to deliver amazing, scientific-based results for her clients.  NO GIMMICKS! NO COOKIE CUTTER!

At 30, Mah-Ann started bodybuilding to take her life’s experience to the next level. In 2001, she won her professional bodybuilding status as an IFBB Pro (International Federation for Body Builders), the highest level any bodybuilder can achieve (it’s like the Super Bowl of bodybuilding).  She was ranked #8 in the world at the 2008 Ms. Olympia competition. She’s been featured in magazines including Health and Fitness, Flex Magazine, Ironman Magazine, and Muscle Mag.

Success doesn’t just happen. It takes time, planning, and persistence.

Mah-Ann keeps her fans and clients motivated and empowered in a variety of ways: Facebook, Twitter, and with weekly newsletters.

Recently, Mah-Ann was compelled to move to a larger location due to her increased popularity and trust.
