Mah-Ann

“Success doesn’t just happen.  It takes time, planning, and persistence.”

Mah-Ann has been an IFBB professional bodybuilder since 2001 and has owned her own fitness facility since 2003. She is certified in both aerobics (AFAA) as well as personal training (National Academy of Sports Medicine). She loves being strong not only physically, but also mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Read more about Mah-Ann’s bodybuilding career here.

Trainer Ricardo at Mah-Ann's Pro FitnessChange happens when you think differently, when you love yourself, and when you believe. These three phrases are the foundation for the person that is fighting to reveal itself. Like you, I never wanted to have excess pounds but they appeared over the years and sometimes overnight. Struggling to button size 42 pants and using XXL shirts to disguise my beloved belly, I promised myself that never again would the scale read 294 pounds.

My background is working with middle school students but this idea of sharing my promise with others is what drives me. Playing a major and supportive role is my family, especially my lovely wife, Mayra, and my beautiful son, Ricardo (a.k.a Pachicho).  I have my personal trainer certification through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine), but my experience as educator makes the transition a natural one.

Trainer Amber at Mah-Ann's Pro FitnessI’m Amber Banducci and have been training at Mah-Ann’s Pro fitness for 11 years. I have been both a client and a personal trainer. Helping people get fit and live a healthy lifestyle is a passion for me! Seeing the changes not only I have personally made, but that I see in others makes the journey and my work all worth it. I am also a PE and Health teacher and coach for over 15 years and educating all ages is the most gratifying job I do. Come join the family at Pro Fitness and see the life changes we are creating.
