  1. Ab Rolls

  2. Reverse Crunches

  3. Alternating Jackknife

  4. Torso Rotation, performed on both sides

  5. Plank - Arm Pulls, perform on both sides


Perform each exercises 8-15 Repetitions

1-3 Sets Each. Make sure you rest in between sets
