Simple Korean-Style Seared Salmon

(makes 4 servings)

โ— 3 Tbsp coconut or liquid aminos

โ— ยฝ cup (120 ml) low-sodium chicken broth

โ— 1 tsp honey

โ— 2 lb (900 g) salmon steaks, (4 steaks)

โ— ยฝ tsp sea salt

โ— ยฝ tsp fresh-ground black pepper

โ— 2 Tbsp avocado oil

โ— 1 tsp sesame oil
