● ⅛ tsp dried red-pepper flakes
● 2 lb (900 g) salmon steaks, (4 steaks)
● ½ tsp sea salt
● ½ tsp fresh-ground black pepper
● 2 Tbsp avocado oil
● 1 tsp sesame oil
