1. Eat a Smart Breakfast.

Most people load up on carbohydrates and simple sugars for breakfast. Cereal, pastries, smoothies, and juice are all poor choices when starting your day. Center your breakfast around protein and healthy fat, and you’ll have energy for hours. Try a protein shake, eggs, lean breakfast meat, or a handful of nuts.



2. Get More Sleep.


Getting at least 8 hours of sleep each night is so important for your well-being, especially if you're trying to lose weight and have hit a plateau.


Prioritizing those restful hours can help your body and make your weight loss journey easier.



3. Do It.


If you’re truly ready to achieve your best body ever, it's time to dig deep and make a commitment! Remember, 80% of success comes from showing up, putting in the effort, and getting things done. This holds in fitness.


So, show up for your workouts! Even when you’re tired or would rather be doing something else, just push through and slay your goals workout.



4. Plan Ahead.


Set aside just one day each week to thoughtfully plan out your healthy meals for the upcoming week. You don’t need to do all the shopping and cooking on that day- just take a moment to jot down your meal ideas. These sweeteners don’t contain calories, but they are known to increase your appetite and cravings for carbohydrates. In the quest for your best body, put down the diet soda and reach for some water instead.
