Now, more than ever, nurturing a strong and healthy immune system is really important, especially with all the challenges and illnesses that are going around.


I’m here to offer tips to help you both STAY WELL and STAY FIT!


Here’s a three-pronged approach to help you improve your Lifestyle, Nutrition, and Hydration at home and all day. It’s my 3-STEP STAY WELL & STAY FIT

STRATEGY is designed to get you through quarantine leaner and healthier than ever.


STEP #1: Lifestyle:


Please pay attention to your habits regarding stress management, sleep, and exercise by making self-care a top priority every day. Be sure to limit your stress, turn off the TV, commit to at least 30 minutes of exercise 3-5 times per week, get 7 to 8 hours of sleep per night, and leave your mobile phone in a different room.


These habits lay the foundation for a strong immune system and a happy body that fights infection, burns fat, and has energy all day.


Lifestyle Habit:


Commit to 30 minutes of exercise daily at home with zero equipment, or go to your chosen facility/gym. Better yet, join us today.


In just 30 minutes, turn your body into a fat furnace that supercharges your metabolism and boosts your immune system. Lowering stress for hours after the workout, just 30 minutes in the morning, sets you up for ALL-DAY Success.

STEP #2: Nutrition:


You can’t out-exercise a bad diet; nutrition is essential for burning fat, building muscle, and maintaining good health. A diet high in clean protein, fruits, vegetables, and the proper macronutrients is the most important for overall health.


Stay away from the fridge and pantry between meals! Just because you are stuck at home doesn’t mean you have the license to eat whatever you want all day long! At work, avoid walking by the goodie table or potluck table to resist temptations and the possibility of giving in to your weaknesses.


Take great-tasting supplements daily


When you first wake up, set your day right with a scoop of powdered greens- each scoop is packed with vitamins and minerals from over a dozen fruits and vegetables. Take this with an easily digestible multivitamin, and you are set for the morning.

Thus, proper hydration is essential for a well-functioning body.


Water transports vitamins, minerals, and nutrients to every cell. Alarmingly, 75% of Americans are chronically dehydrated, leading to issues like stubborn weight gain, low mood, and a weakened immune system. Combat this by ensuring you drink water throughout the day. Concentrating on these three steps establishes a reliable foundation for fat burning and infection resistance.


Remember, YOU are your best defense against excessive weight gain, low energy, and viral infection.
