Have questions about the challenge?
Do I have to prepare my meals?
Absolutely. You need to allot a time where you can do your grocery shopping, organize and prep your meals as provided in the weekly meals.
Will I get a meal plan?
This program includes weekly meal plans, grocery list and recipes.
What if I don't like a certain food?
You have the freedom to personalize your plan and we will provide you with food swaps that fit your taste or lifestyle.

What are the meals like?
You'll be amazed how yummy and healthy they are. Your meals are made with real foods that are high in nutrients and low in calories. Nothing processed except you processing it 😉
Do I get a cheat meal?
Yes you do. As I would say to my clients, step back and ask yourself if you really need that "cheat meal". And if you do, then make sure that mentally, you're prepared to whatever happens after you do cheat. Also, cheat meal is not about splurging like there's no tomorrow. You still need to be mindful with your choices and practice moderation.
What if I forgot to eat my meal?
First of all, you need to plan your feeding times. If you have a busy day, and you know what your schedule is for the day, set your alarm on your phone. Be organized. You either prepare for success or prepare to fail.

For those that have never done this type of program, it takes time to learn how to maneuver your day and incorporate your feeding time as well as your workouts.
