Do I have to prepare my meals?
Absolutely. You need to allot a time where you can do your grocery shopping, organize, and prep your meals as provided in the weekly meals.
Will I get a meal plan?
This program includes weekly meal plans, grocery lists, and recipes.
What if I don't like a certain food?
You can customize your plan, and we'll suggest food swaps that match your preferences and lifestyle.
What are the meals like?
You'll be amazed at how yummy and healthy they are. Your meals are made with real foods that are high in nutrients and low in calories. Nothing processed except you processing it 😉
Do I get a cheat meal?
Yes, you do. As I tell clients, step back and ask if you really need that "cheat meal." If yes, be mentally prepared for what happens afterward. A cheat meal isn't about splurging without limits; you still need to be mindful and practice moderation.
What if I forgot to eat my meal?
First, plan your feeding times. If you have a busy day and know your schedule, set your phone alarm. Be organized. You either prepare for success or prepare to fail.
For those who have never done this type of program, it takes time to learn to manage your day and incorporate your feeding time and workouts.
What are the workouts like?
Your workouts are systematically designed to accelerate your body's transformation. They will challenge you and help you discover how strong you really are, so you may function with ease with your daily tasks. They will consist of strength and functional training.
