I had a baby in Sept of 2012, I started with Mah-Ann in October after I was released to full work out after my c-section. I gained 72 lbs by the end of my pregnancy. It was time to kick the baby weight!
From October to to the middle of January I lost 18 lbs with out a meal plan. Then I fell off the work out wagon for a few months, but still kept the weight off an lost a few more pounds. Then the Fitness Challenge came up and Darci & Brad talked me into it! I lost 27 1/2 lbs and I am now 7 lbs lighter than before I got pregnant! I learned a ton about my eating! An still continue to follow my daily calorie consumption. I feel great and excited that I kicked the baby weight and then some! I am full proof you can do it if you put your mind to it!
